Our signature ridge-cut chips are hand-smoked from burning hickory, ensuring an even infusion as they are enveloped gently with hickory smoke. After they emerge from the misty hickory bath, they are hand-tossed with Spoleto truffles and Christmas sprigs, marrying all the flavours wonderfully together.
